1. Service area
We currently deliver within CIDCO and Shendra, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The app checks your exact location pin and tells you immediately whether we deliver there. Pickup from the restaurant is available to everyone.
2. Delivery times
Typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes depending on distance, order size, and kitchen load. We show an honest estimated time on your order screen and update it live — including live rider tracking once your order is on the way.
3. Delivery fees
Delivery fees are a flat, per-zone charge shown clearly before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery threshold (where offered) are delivered free. Pickup orders never carry a delivery fee.
4. Handover
Our rider will call the phone number on the order. Please share the 4-digit code on your order screen at handover — it confirms delivery to the right person.
